The tradition of this congregation is that worship is simple and formal. We mostly use Hymns Ancient and Modern and English Hymnal. We do not use choruses or worship songs.

Our worship is offered solely in traditional language and we use the Book of Common Prayer and the ‘King James’ (The “Authorised Version) of the Bible.

Services are normally at 11 am on Sundays, Matins/Morning Prayer or Holy Communion/Eucharist. There is a shortened Evening Prayer mid week by telephone conference call especially for those who find church attendance difficult.

Refreshments and a chance to chat are offered after the morning service. Special Sundays are Mothering Sunday, Harvest Festival and Church Anniversary when we enjoy a buffet. Our other special Sunday is our Carol Service with
professional singers which takes place at 4pm shortly before Christmas.

Families are welcome at the church and there is a place where children can be taken to play if they become restless during the service.

Please note that a wheelchair is available in Church if required.
